What Is CrossFit Tyneside?
CrossFit Tyneside is a premium CrossFit gym. We mix resistance training, bodyweight movements and cardiovascular exercise to provide the best most efficient workout possible in an hour. 
I Have A Pre-Existing Injury. Am I Able To Take Part? 
Absolutely! Our coaches are some of the best in the business, they have been trained to adapt to your needs. They will substitute movement, reduce weight and refer you (if needed) to a reputable physio for more treatment.  
Where Is The Gym Located? 
We are located near the centre of Newcastle, just off from the Quayside. The exact address: Ouse St, Byker, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 2PF below Dallas Carpets. There is parking surrounding the building (More info when sign up)
Am I Fit Enough To Join?
100%. Our sessions are adaptable to wherever you fitness is at now. You can choose your own pace, own weight and still get a great workout. But we all make sure you are pushing yourself to get better. 
Some Of The Moves Are New To Me, Can I Still Come To Classes? 
You'll get taught proper technique for all the moves we have in the workout. We'll make sure your safe, and understand all the abbreviations we have in CrossFit (we know its confusing). 
What If It's Not For Me?
Although we're almost positive you'll enjoy our session and make leaps toward your fitness goals. If you do not enjoy it, there is no commitment. This is a free session so you won't be at any loss.
