We have a water station but make sure to bring your own bottle.

EAT:
1-2 hours before have a small meal/snack and some fruit 30 mins before to make sure your body is fuelled for the session.
WATER:
Throughout the day make sure you drink plenty of water. Aim for around 3 litres.
