WHEN YOU ARRIVE, YOU WILL BE GREETED BY ONE OF OUR COACHES AT THE RECEPTION DESK.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
  • EXERCISE CLOTHES: Come gym-ready.
  • WATER BOTTLE: We have a water station but make sure to bring your own bottle.
  • STUDENT ID: if you are a fresher a confirmation from the uni will be fine

PRE-SESSION 
(GET READY!)
  • EAT: 1-2 hours before have a small meal/snack and some fruit 30 mins before to make sure your body is fuelled for the session.
  • WATER: Throughout the day make sure you drink plenty of water. Aim for around 3 litres.
