Introductory Sessions

The Intro Pass includes six introductory sessions (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 19:30-20:30) making up your first two weeks which you must complete*. Once you complete the last session you will be able to book any session you like within the remainder of the the pass.  
Once you have completed your intro course, you are then a fully fledged CrossFitter! From there you can book into any of our classes, and don’t worry we don’t expect you to have mastered everything at this point … at the beginning of every class we explain and demonstrate all movements involved that day and always provide you with different options depending on your ability at the time.

Our CrossFit classes create structured training in a friendly environment which is accessible for all abilities. We provide coaching and programming that is world renowned which means you will be encouraged and supported by our guided sessions so you can reach your goals and push yourself even further. CrossFit involves high intensity training therefore means your workouts are shorter and more effective. This, mixed with our range of class times throughout the day, will allow you to squeeze a class into your schedule with no excuses.

What Is CrossFit Tyneside?
CrossFit Tyneside is a premium CrossFit gym. We mix resistance training, bodyweight movements and cardiovascular exercise to provide the best most efficient workout possible in an hour. 
I Have A Pre-Existing Injury. Am I Able To Take Part? 
Absolutely! Our coaches are some of the best in the business, they have been trained to adapt to your needs. They will substitute movement, reduce weight and refer you (if needed) to a reputable physio for more treatment.  
Where Is The Gym Located? 
We are located near the centre of Newcastle, just off from the Quayside. The exact address: Ouse St, Byker, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 2PF below Dallas Carpets. There is parking surrounding the building (More info when sign up)
Am I Fit Enough To Join?
100%. Our sessions are adaptable to wherever you fitness is at now. You can choose your own pace, own weight and still get a great workout. But we all make sure you are pushing yourself to get better. 
Some Of The Moves Are New To Me, Can I Still Come To Classes? 
You'll get taught proper technique for all the moves we have in the workout. We'll make sure your safe, and understand all the abbreviations we have in CrossFit (we know its confusing). 
What If It's Not For Me?
Although we're almost positive you'll enjoy our sessions and make leaps toward your fitness goals. If you do not enjoy it, there is no commitment to proceed to a membership.
